Please be informed that the 2nd Pre-Trip Briefing & Sending off ceremony will be held on:
Date: 29 November 2009, Sunday
Time: 0845 hrs - 1200 hrs
Venue: Tampines East CC, CD Shelter
Things to bring: Pen, Paper
Attire: FULL SCOUT UNIFORM
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND LEADERS.
I will send the health declaration forms to all of you in an e-mail. Please submit the Health Declaration Form on the day of the briefing.
